IReSH Network – 2025: Looking Ahead!
We were delighted to see so many of you at our first IReSH session of 2025 in January! A huge thank you to Jaime Garcia-Iglesias for leading an insightful discussion on DoxyPEP implementation. His talk highlighted the importance of cross-community thinking and raised key questions about ensuring equitable access while addressing challenges like antimicrobial resistance and stigma.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to share details of our upcoming sessions as part of the Spring 2025 programme—stay tuned for more updates!
At a time when global access to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health and rights is increasingly under threat, it is more important than ever to have spaces where those working in SHBBV can come together. IReSH provides a dynamic, research-focused space to exchange ideas, showcase research and practice, and build communities of practice that strengthen efforts across Scotland.
Behind the scenes, we are working to secure funding for a multi-sector, collaborative in-person event to bring people together and facilitate discussions on SHBBV research in Scotland and beyond. Additionally, in response to requests from IReSH members, we are looking into ways that we can develop an online repository for IReSH talks, ensuring that members who cannot attend sessions still have access to these valuable presentations.
In the meantime, we look forward to seeing you at our next IReSH seminar in February 2025!
